ABOUT PAYMENTS and REDUCED FEES
Payment is due within seven days of scheduling a mediation with the assigned mediator.
If payment is not received, your mediation will be cancelled and a report may be made to the Court.
Reduced fees are available for some parties in a very limited number of cases.
If you are indigent (that is, you are on public assistance, such as food stamps, free/reduced lunch, TANF, or medicaid or are a client of Colorado Legal Services), you may be eligible for a reduced fee. If you have a privately paid attorney on your case, you may not be eligible for a reduced fee.
You will be obligated to pay a co-pay ($15 per hour), even if you are approved for a reduced fee.

Drop box is located on the east side of the building under the covered parking area of the FNBO building. Drop box is labeled "Front Range Business Center". Payment envelope must have your name and case number AND Dawn Grimes on the outside.
